Executive coaching for the whole person
Private coaching for successful leaders and professionals who want to understand the patterns beneath how they perform, relate, recover, decide, and live.
Success is not the problem
Your success is tangible, and the vacation pictures on social media look stunning.
But privately, the same gnawing thoughts are always waiting.
The question isn't whether you're successful. It's whether your life feels the way you imagined it would.
Let’s get on a call and close that gap.
Breathe easier, knowing it stays between us.
Look beneath the presenting problem to the patterns that keep shaping it.
Clear scope, focused priorities, and a practical plan for what comes next.
Work, relationships, habits, recovery, purpose, and values are considered together.
Private pressure
But there’s almost no one you can say that to.
The higher your profile, the smaller your circle of unfiltered honesty gets.
What changes
These are not six separate programs. The work is to identify which patterns are carrying disproportionate weight across your life—and where a small number of changes could matter most.
Love didn’t truly fade. The schedule just got efficient. You coordinate calendars, divide logistics, and tag-team the kids. Somewhere in the handoffs, you faded into roommates. Nothing may be fundamentally wrong between you—only something to rediscover with evidence-based strategies.
Stress used to serve you. The pressure made you sharp and challenged you to build everything you have. Now it will not switch off. You do not need to care less. You need to learn how to carry the weight without it carrying you.
You still do the right things and check the boxes. You have not lost your faith; you have lost the meaning and power that a real connection to God offers. You want more than a checklist faith—something worth living for.
Explore Christian executive coaching →All day you are composed, patient, and steady for everyone who needs you. Then you walk through the door with an empty tank. This is not a character flaw. It is a sequencing problem, and a few practical strategies can bring the real you home.
You can buy the best mattress made and it will not solve a mind that keeps working at 2 a.m. The issue was never the bed. Deep sleep is a skill that can be learned.
You mastered making money. The next chapter is not simply building more wealth; it is building something bigger than yourself—mission, legacy, and meaning.
Private coaching engagements
The three engagements solve different kinds of problems: a defined problem, an interconnected problem, or a comprehensive effort to understand and improve how you operate across the whole of life.
For one clearly defined problem or outcome when you already know what needs attention and want expert perspective, structure, and execution.
For a central problem that crosses several areas of life and needs enough assessment to understand what is actually driving it.
For successful people who want more than a solution to one problem: a deep understanding of how they think, perform, relate, recover, decide, and pursue what matters.
Assessment & synthesis
Integrated Coaching uses assessment to understand a central problem. Private Advisory goes further: the goal is to build a useful model of how you operate, then refine that model against six months of real life.
Common domains considered: leadership and decision-making, purpose and stewardship, relationships and home, stress and recovery, habits and inner patterns, and—when relevant—spiritual formation.
Assessment stays anchored to the central goal, looking across the parts of life most likely to explain or sustain it. The written synthesis is concise and practical.
A broader history, structured assessment, selected established instruments, and—when useful—consented collateral perspective are synthesized into a substantial individualized profile.
I look for strengths, blind spots, contradictions, outliers, recurring patterns, and interactions across work, relationships, habits, recovery, purpose, values, and other relevant domains.
The initial model is not treated as a verdict. Coaching tests it against decisions, pressure, relationships, and behavior, then the final synthesis records what proved useful, what changed, and what remains important.
